Fakhria has over a decade of experience in dealing with corporate/commercial clients. Fakhria has been involved in numerous complex commercial transactions during her career, including the acquisition of a European Bank. The disposing party was the Hungarian Government and the acquirer was a client.

She has also conducted commercial litigation cases in the High Court, recently winning a property dispute matter for her client in the Business and Property Courts London.

Over the span of her career, she has built an impressive network of clients globally, (Europe, Middle East, and South Asia). Fakhria was awarded the Womens’ Achievement Award in 2019. The conduct of most corporate/commercial and civil litigation matters remains with her.
