Tourist Visa

Those who wish to visit Qatar can apply for a tourist visa which allows you to explore the cities and the many attractions. The Qatar tourist visa are of two types, short Qatar tourist visa is for 2 weeks, while the long Qatar tourist visa is for 3 months.

Which countries are eligible for the visa-free entry to Qatar?

This waiver will be valid for 180 days from the date of issuance for nationals of the nations listed below, and it will allow its holders to stay in Qatar for up to 90 days on a single visit or on multiple visits.

30 days visa waiver

The waiver will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance for citizens of the countries listed below and enables its holder to stay in Qatar for up to 30 days, either on a single visit or on multiple visits. An extension of more 30 days are available for this visa waiver.

Visa Exemptions

Nationals of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates) do not require a visa to enter Qatar.

Eligibility for tourist visa

  • The applicant must have passport of Indian origin
  • The applicant must have a confirmed return ticket from where he resides or is a citizen of
  • The applicant passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the day of departure
  • The applicant must have proof of the accommodation (hotel, etc) in Qatar
  • The applicant must have completed payment processes

Documents for tourist visa

  • The applicant must have his/her Original Passport, with at least 6 months validity
  • Applicant must have scanned his/her First and last page of the Passport (scanned colour copy)
  • Applicant shall have Passport size photograph with white background
  • Applicant must have Return tickets from Qatar
  • Applicant must have Proof of hotel reservation in QATAR
  • Applicant must have its personal Bank statement

Tourist visa validity

The validity of a Qatar tourist visa is for upto 3 months.

Stay duration of tourist visa

Once the applicant arrive in Qatar, visitors holding a tourist visa are allowed to stay for a period of 30 days.
